CDL Delivery Driver

Quest Engineering, Inc., an architectural casework manufacturer, is currently seeking an individual for Delivery Driver.  This position will be responsible for completing assigned deliveries, pick-up of merchandise, and assist shipping & receiving responsibilities by performing the following duties. This position will be located at our Richfield, WI manufacturing plant.

Department: Shipping & Receiving

Reports to: Shipping & Receiving Manager

Compensation:

Hourly wage based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Operates company vehicle in a professional, safe and courteous manner.
  • Picks up merchandise and invoices from warehouse/vendors.
  • Delivers merchandise to customers in a timely manner.
  • Ensures delivery of appropriate merchandise in accordance with customer invoices.
  • Ensures delivery vehicles are clean and in good working condition.
  • Performs daily maintenance checks and reports malfunctions to management.
  • Ensures customer messages/communications are relayed to appropriate management.
  • Returns credit merchandise with appropriate paperwork and informs management of delivery.
  • Assists in maintaining a neat and clean workplace at all times.
  • Assists in stocking the shipping & receiving department to include lifting and carrying cartons and placing them on appropriate shelves.
  • Reports overstock occurrences to management immediately.
  • Fills delivery orders by obtaining the required merchandise and completing the appropriate paperwork.
  • Provides the customer with a receipt and/or credit form for merchandise to be picked up.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

1st Shift Build/Assembly 1 (Entry Level)

Quest Engineering, Inc., an architectural casework manufacturer, is currently seeking an individual for Build/Assembly 1 (Entry Level).  This position is responsible for the building and final assembly of cabinetry and related assemblies.  This position may also assist in the operation of the automated woodworking equipment.  This position requires basic knowledge of woodworking equipment and processes.  This position will be located at our Richfield, WI manufacturing plant.

Department: Production

Reports to: Assembly Team Leader / Production Manager

Compensation:
Hourly wage based on experience.
Overtime as deemed necessary by production manager.

1st Shift Customs Fabrication 2

Quest Engineering, Inc., an architectural casework manufacturer, is currently seeking an experienced individual for Customs Fabrication 2.  This position is responsible for the building and final assembly of custom casework, die walls, store fixtures/displays, etc.  This position may also assist in the operation of the automated woodworking equipment.  This position requires knowledge of woodworking equipment and processes.  This position will be located at our Richfield, WI or Jackson, WI manufacturing plants.

Department: Production

Reports to: Customs Production Manager

Compensation:
Hourly wage based on experience.
Overtime as deemed necessary by production manager.

  • Fabricate solid surface products.

  • Work independently and efficiently.
  • Learn to read and understand drawings and blueprints for components and assemblies.

This position will be located at our Richfield, WI manufacturing plant.

Reports to: Machining Team Leader / Production Manager

Quest Engineering, Inc., an architectural casework manufacturer, is currently seeking an individual for Product Engineer.  This position will be responsible for complete engineering of both standard and custom casework products.  This position requires in depth knowledge of AutoCad, Microvellum, AlphaCam and casework manufacturing processes.  This position will be located at our Richfield, WI corporate offices.

Department: Engineering / Project Management

Reports to: Vice President & Production Manager

Compensation:

Salary based on experience. (Exempt salaried position)

  • Casework design/engineering in Microvellum.
  • Analyze software produced reports to accomplish production goals.
  • Coordinate acquisition of materials.

  • Work independently and efficiently.
  • Read and understand drawings and blueprints for components and assemblies.
